摘 要:晚清时期的各体文学的走向 ,开始自觉或不自觉地适应着社会现实的需要而予以不同程度的变革 ,而各种有代表性的文体支流反映文体演变趋势的不同情形和结局 ,则深刻体现了中国文学的古今演变的艰难性和曲折性。从整体上看 ,晚清时期所启动的由文体变革而带动的中国文学的古今演变的历史进程 ,只能等到五四新文学运动兴起之后才告结束 ,其主要原因在于晚清时期在文学观念上尚未确立“文学革命的程序”论。Literature of various literary styles underwent changes in varying degrees in the Late Qing Dynasty to meet the actual needs of society consciously or unconsciously, while various representative branches of literary styles reflected their different circumstances and results. All this profoundly reflects the difficulty and intricacy in the development of Chinese literature in ancient and modern China. On the whole, the historical process of such development of Chinese literature, which was brought about by the stylistic changes in the Late Qing Dynasty, did not come to an end until the rise of the May 4 th new literature movement. The reason for this lies in the fact that the Late Qing Dynasty did not see the establishment of “the process of literature revolution” in terms of literature concept.
