摘　　要：在高等教育改革过程中,高等院校应该积极运用现代教育技术作为重要动力,优化教育技术设备配置,培养师资力量,同时积极开展远程教育,促进高等教育的改革。During the reform of higher education, the higher academies should utilise mordern educatin technologies as the leading motivity, optimizing educational facilities, bulid up teaching quality. Meanwhile, distance learning is one of the way to speed up the higher education reform.
