摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善和发展,中小企业日益成为国民经济的基础和新的经济增长点。然而证券市场的有限性及商业金融机构的次优选择,使得融资难成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。为此,我们应完善证券市场,大力发展多元化中小金融机构,建立广泛而有效的信用担保体系及多种形式的基金,加大政府支持力度,积极改善和营造有利于中小型企业生存和发展的内外部环境。We should amply the securities and stock market, develop multi-form small-middle size monetary a-gencies, establish an extensive and effective credit guarantee system and multi-form funds, enhance the support power of the governments and actively improve and build up the internal and external environments for the survival and development of small-middle size enterprises of China.
