摘　　要：编辑工作者良好的信息素质至关重要。信息素质是人认识、创新、利用信息的品质和素养,包括信息感受能力、信息的采集能力和信息的处理能力。学报作为传播科技信息的载体,具有较高的科技信息含量。作为对信息进行优序化加工的编辑,应当适应知识经济、信息社会以及高校学报自身发展的要求,加强对信息运动规律的研究,努力提高自身的信息感受力,熟练掌握信息工具,实现高校学报对信息高效、优质的传播。It is of paramount importance for an editor to be wellinformed. A man′s qualification in information is his ability to know, create and use information, including those to sense, collect, and manage information. Since an academic journal, as the carrier of scientific and technological information, is usually rich in such information, its editors whose work is to process and optimize such information must of necessity meet the requirements of knowledge economy, information society and development of a university journal, strengthen their study of rule of information movement, improve their sensitivity to information, and master various tools so as to realize the efficient and high quality spreading of information through university journals.
