摘　　要：世界已进入知识经济时代,大学将成为知识经济的发动机。科技园区既是知识经济产生的先兆,又是知识经济发展的产物。大学科技园的成功建设必将有力地加速我国知识经济的启动和运转。文章详细介绍了清华科技园的孵化和催化体系,阐明了清华科技园的国际化战略,论述了清华留学人员创业园着眼学科建设的特色和产学结合的创新链,提出了清华科技园的发展目标,体现了清华科技园建设的新理念。As the Knowledge Economy Age approaching, universities will surely be its locomotive. Science Park not only forebodes the coming of Knowledge Economy, but also is a result of its development. The achievements of University Science Park will consequentially accelerate both the startup and operation of Knowledge Economy. This paper goes in details about Tsinghua Science Park: elaborating on its incubating and catalyzing systems, comprehensively elucidating the its international strategy, describing the characteristics of Tsinghua Returned Student Pioneer Park, focusing on subject development and an innovation chain of universityindustry combination, and subsequently presenting its development objectives, which embodies a new concept of the construction of Tsinghua Science Park.
