摘　　要：将成熟度的概念引入到区域创新系统中,探讨了区域创新系统成熟度的计算方法;提出了区域创新系统创新能力成熟度的合成规则;并对我国11个省、直辖市的区域创新系统创新能力成熟度进行了测定。The concept of maturity is introduced into a regional innovation system, and calculation methods of regional innovation system maturity are explored. The synthesis rules for innovation capacity maturity of the regional innovation system are also presented, and methods are researched upon measurements of innovation capacity maturity in eleven regions of our country.
