摘　　要：通过对经济行为伦理学研究的现实依据、主要内容和需要深入思考的有关问题的分析,说明通过这一研究,不仅使经济学研究向更广的领域拓展,而且也将促进社会主义市场经济更加有序地运行。This article analyses the realistic basis, primary content, and relevant questions deserving careful consideration of ethical study on economic behavior, showing that this study can not only promote the research work of economics, but also contribute to the systematic running of the socialist market economy.
