摘  要:目的:研究利多卡因和复方甘油对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑水肿的影响。方法:选40只成年SD大白鼠,采用Lonsa线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉区局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,单纯随机分为4个组并分别给予利多卡因、复方甘油、甘露醇及生理盐水,每2小时1次;缺血2h后再灌注4h,以造成脑缺血再灌注损伤-缺血性脑水肿模型。常规处死大白鼠,取脑并测定其湿重和干重,计算其含水量。观察上述不同药物对缺血性脑水肿的作用。结果:脑组织含水量:利多卡因组(75.37±1.37)%、甘露醇组(75.46±1.88)%和复方甘油组(77.93±3.49)%均低于盐水对照组(81.60±2.63)%(P<0.05或0.01),利多卡因组与复方甘油组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),与甘露醇组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种药物均有抗缺血性脑水肿作用,利多卡因抗缺血性脑水肿作用优于复方甘油,与甘露醇作用相同。AIM:To study the effect of lidocaine and compound glycerin on cerebral edema of rats after reperfusion. METHODS:Forty adult SD rats were made into models of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in middle cerebral artery area with Lonsa thread occlusion method.They were divided into 4 groups randomly,and were given lidocaine, compound glycerin,mannitol and saline respectively,every two hours; they were reperfused for 4 h after 2 h ischemia,so as to be made into cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury models of ischemia cerebral edema.The rats were put into death routinely,and their brain were measured when wet and dry,the water content was calculated.The effect of different drugs on ischemia cerebral edema. RESULTS:Water content of brain tissue in lidocaine group(75.37±1.37)%,compound glycerin group(75.46±1.88)%, mannitol group(77.93±3.49)%were lower than that in saline control group(81.60±2.63)%(P< 0.05, 0.01).Lidocaine group was significantly different from compound glycerin group(P< 0.01),but not significantly different from mannitol group(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:The three drugs all have the effect in anti ischemia cerebral edema,the effect of lidocaine is better than that of compound glycerin,and the same as that of mannitol.
