摘　　要：介绍了利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对BZ2-4×5A4型定柱式旋臂起重机金属结构进行应力分析的过程,阐述了在分析过程中模型建立、网格划分、边界条件的处理等主要步骤方法,得出了该结构的应力与位移分布图,为进一步改进其受力情况和结构设计提供了理论依据。This paper introduces the cause of the stress analysis of metal structural of the column jib crane the type of BZ2 -4×5 A4 using the finite- element software ANSYS.It deals with the main steps and procedures of model building, meshing and boundary condition applying in the cause of analyzing. And the figure that describes the distribution of the stress and strain is gotten. It gives the theory base to improve the force condition and the structure of the column jib crane.
