摘  要:从油制气废水的活性污泥中分离得到一株可以在好氧条件下利用喹啉作为唯一碳源和能源的睾丸酮丛毛单胞菌 (Co mamonastestosteroni,编号为Q10 ) .浓度为 2 5 0mg L的喹啉可被该菌完全降解 ,TOC去除率为 70 % .实验结果表明喹啉首先降解为 1H— 2 氧喹啉 ,然后继续转化为 6 羟基— 1H— 2 氧喹啉、5 ,6 二羟基— 1H— 2 氧喹啉和 5 羟基— 6 (2 羧基乙烯基 )—1H— 2 吡啶酮 ,由此提出该菌降解喹啉的一种可能途径 .样品中还发现少量的 8 羟基— 1H— 2 氧喹啉 ,表明菌Q10 对喹啉的降解可能是通过以一种途径为主的多种途径进行的 .A bacterial strain Q_(10) with the ability to degrade quinoline was isolated from activated sludge of a gas-generating wastewater and identified as Comamonas testosteroni. The strain Q_(10) could utilize quinoline as sole source of carbon and energy under aerobic condition. The quinoline at the concentration of 250?mg/L could be completely degraded and 70% of TOC could be removed by this strain. The experimental results indicated that quinoline was oxidized firstly to form 1H—2-oxoquinoline and subsequently to 6-hydroxy—1H—2-oxoquinoline, 5,6-dihydroxy—1H—2-oxoquinoline and 5-hydroxy—6-(2-carboxyethenyl)—1H—2-pyridone. Based on the results a pathway was proposed to describe the degradation of quinoline by Comamonas testosteroni. However, 8-hydroxy—1H—2-oxoquinoline was also found indicating that another branch of quinoline degradation could exist.
