摘　　要：该文介绍了图形编程语言Labview在加氢精制装置仿DCS(集散控制系统 )培训系统开发中的应用 ,给出了加氢精制装置中最主要设备反应器和汽提塔的数学模型 ,该模型经过AspenPlus软件模拟计算证明正确。在此基础上描述仿DCS培训系统的硬件系统结构和软件结构 ,给出部分程序如教师机与操作站的网络通讯和PID算法的LabVIEW语言实现 ,实践证明LabVIEW语言用于过程仿DCS仿真培训系统开发是可行的和成功的。This paper introduced the application of LabVIEW in the simulation training system of hydrogenation refining. The mathematical model is described and simulat with AspenPlus software .The structure of the simulation training system is also described. The program of TCP/IP network communication and PID algorithm are given with LabVIEW . That LabVIEW applied in the simulation training system has proved successful for engineering practice.
