摘　　要：体育知识产权的客体主要包括著作权、专利权、商标权、电视转播权、民族传统项目、奥林匹克标志、非专利技术、未公开信息、反不正当竞争等。国内外现行法律对体育知识产权保护很不够,应加强立法和执法保护。Objects of sports intellectual right include copy right,patent right,trademark right,relay right,traditional national items,Olympic symbols,non-patent technology,information not open to the public,anti-unfair-competition etc. The laws in China and abroad do not have enough protection for the sports intellectual proper,which needs to be strengthened.
