制约我国赛艇运动发展的因素及对策研究

摘　　要：运用频数统计方法,探索制约我国赛艇运动发展的各类因素,即管理类、训练类、教育类、科技类、经济类、竞赛类、社会公众类,在此基础上提出了发展我国赛艇运动的7项对策。Applying the method of frequency data statistics,the authors explored the restrictive factors in Chinese rowing development with the types as the following:management,training,education,science and technology,economy,competition and the social public.Seven countermeasures are put forth.
