摘 要:近年来,一些学者纷纷提出运用股票期权激励来解决我国国企经营者的激励约束问题。但从目前来看,国企经营者实施股票期权激励的条件尚未成熟,在宏观和微观环境方面都存在诸多制约因素。因此,应从建立有效的资本市场、健全法律法规、深化国企人事制度改革,完善公司治理结构等多方面入手,努力创造条件,积极稳妥地推进此项制度的实施。In recent years,some scholars suggest that incentive mechanism of stock option can be introduced to deal with the problem of stimulating and restricting in state-owned enterprises.However, the condition to implement it has not been mature up till now and there are many limitations in macroenvironment and microenvironment.Therefore,it's indispensable to adopt reform measures in these ways: building the more efficient capital market, strengthening the law system, deepening the personnel institutional reform of the state-owned enterprises and perfecting the corporations'governing structure,thus to create desirable circumstances for implementing the mechanism positively and steadily.
