摘　　要：从绝对速度、助跑速度利用率、起跳支撑缓冲能力、起跳蹬伸时机等主要技术环节 ,对我国跳远运动员与世界跳远运动员进行了比较分析 ,找出差距所在 ,为我国跳远训练提供理论依据。This paper compares the elite Chinese and foreign male jumpers' approach run and jumping techniques from absolute speed,utilizing rate of approach run,buffer of jumping support and timing of jumping and kicking. Disparities are studied in order to provide theoretical basis for the Chinese jumping training.
