SpO_2评估低龄唇裂患儿整复术安全性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :以SpO2 评估 3～ 6月先天性唇裂患儿唇裂整复术的安全性。方法 :随机选择先天性唇裂择期整复术患儿 80例 ,按年龄分为 2组 :Ⅰ组 :3～ 6月。Ⅱ组 :>6月 ,对比观察二组唇裂整复术患儿围麻醉期SpO2 (脉搏血氧饱和度 )的变化 ,从而估算患儿对手术的耐受性及安全性。结果 :Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组SpO2 的变化无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :3～Objective:To explore reliability in these 3～6 months old patients with cleft lip undergoing taxis by SpO2 and to estimate the tolerance and reliability of patients during taxis.Method:80 patients with cleft lip were random selection divided into 2 groups: Ⅰgroup for 3～6 months old and Ⅱ group for more than 6 months old. SpO2during taxis were observed.Result:The SpO 2 of Ⅰgroup for 3～6 months old and Ⅱ group for more than 6 months old did not showed significant difference (P>0.05)?Conclusion:3～6 months old patients with cleft lip undergoing taxis are reliable.
