摘  要:霍尔传感器的测量准确度容易受到安装工艺和环境温度变化的影响。介绍了几种提高霍尔传感器的磁场测量准确度的方法:零位误差补偿法,温度误差补偿法和电压比测量法。其中电压比测量法不需恒流源电路,可以有效地减小环境温度变化所引起的磁场测量误差。试验表明:采用电压比测量法进行磁场测量,其准确度可以达到0.5%以上。The measurement accuracy of Hall sensor is easy to be affected by the installation and variety of environmental temperature. Several methods in favor of improving Hall sensor's magnetic field measurement accuracy are introduced. The zero error compensation method, temperature error compensation method and voltage proportional measurement method are discussed. The constant current source circuit is not necessary for the voltage proportional measurement method and the measurement error caused by the variety of environmental temperature can be reduced effectively. The experiment reveals that the magnetic field measurement accuracy measured with the voltage proportional measurement method can reach up to 0.5 %.
