摘　　要：配股在中国资本市场后续融资中具有重要的地位,应用实证研究方法,对上市公司配股价格的制定问题进行计量经济分析和理论分析。Stock allotments are important in the follow_up financing in the capital market of china.This paper makes an econometric and theoretical analysis to the listed stock allorment pricing by positive research.
