VEGF-C在直肠癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF -C)在直肠癌中的表达 ,探讨VEGF -C的表达与直肠癌淋巴转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化的方法检测 88例直肠癌术后肿瘤组织的标本中VEGF -C的表达。结果 :VEGF -C阳性表达 38例 (43.2 % )。在淋巴结转移的病例组中VEGF -C阳性表达 (81.6 % ) ,明显高于其在无淋巴结转移的病例组中的表达 (14 .0 % ) (P <0 .0 1)。VEGF -C在肠系膜根部淋巴结转移组的阳性表达 (10 0 % )高于其在肠系膜淋巴结转移组的阳性表达 (96 .3% )与其在肠旁淋巴结转移组的表达 81.6 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :VEGF -C表达于部分直肠癌中 ,其表达与直肠癌淋巴结转移显著相关 ,并且与直肠癌淋巴结转移程度显著相关。Objective: To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in rectal cancer, and to study its correlations with lymphatic metastasis. Methods: The expressions of VEGF-C were investigated in 88 cases of rectal cancer by immunohistochemistry method. Results: The positive expression of VEGF-C was detected in 38 cases of the rectal cancer (43.2%). The positive expression of VEGF-C in rectal cancer cases with lymph node metastasis (81.6%) was obviously higher than that in no lymph node metastasis cases (14.0%)(P<0.01). The positive expression of VEGF-C in rectal cancer cases with lymph node metastasis in the roots of mesentery (100%)was obviously higher than that in lymph node metastasis of mesentery (96.3%), and in lymph node metastasis around the bowel (81.6%). Conclusion: VEGF-C is expressed in part of the rectal cancer cases, and its expressions were closely correlated with lymphatic metastasis, and the degree of lymphatic metastasis.
