摘 要:目的 研究局灶性脑缺血损伤后海马 CA3区 BDNF的动态表达以及神经修复的可塑性。方法 选取健康成年 SD大鼠 40只 ,随机分为脑缺血组和对照组。采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉脑缺血大鼠模型 ,应用免疫组化技术观察海马 CA3区 BDNF的表达。结果 脑缺血后海马 CA3区 BDNF的表达 7d时开始升高 ,1 4 d时明显增多 ,2 1 d时达到高峰 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,以后逐渐降低。结论 脑缺血损伤后中枢神经系统具有再生和修复的可塑性。Objective To study the dynamic expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hippocampus after a focal cerebral ischemia and the neuroplasticity in hippocampus after injury. Methods 40 healthy adult SD rats were divided randomly into ischemic group and control group. Unilateral cerebral ischemia was induced in rats by permanent occlusion of the distal middle cerebral artery. The expression of BDNF was examined by immunohistochemical techniques. Results In the ischemic group, the expression of BDNF in hippocampal subfields CA3 began to increase on the 7th, increased significantly on the 14th (P<0.01), attained the peak 21 days later, and it decreased in the later days. Conclusions It was suggested that there might be neuroplasticity of regeneration and repair in central neural system after cerebral ischemia injury.
