摘　　要：探索肝豆状核变性的诊断经验。回顾性分析肝豆状核变性 5 7例及初为疑似肝豆状核变性后被排除的肝炎肝硬化患者 5 0例 ,根据临床表现及辅助检查资料确定联合判定标准 ,并进行评价。其灵敏度为 96 5 % ,特异度为 10 0 % ,约登指数为 96 5 % ,符合率 99%。联合判定标准是有效的确诊方法。To explore the cliagnostic experience of Wilson's disease. 57 cases of Wilson's disease and hepatic cirrhosis 50 cases which were misdiagnosed Wilson's disease at first were retrospectively analyzed. Combined diagnostic criterion was confirmed by clinical representation and assisted data, then was evaluated its sensitivity was 96.5%,specificity was 100%, Youden index was 96.5%, precision was 99%. Combined diagnostic criterion was an effective diagnosis means.
