摘　　要：探讨多弹头射频治疗小肝癌的疗效及价值。对 4 3例小肝癌患者行射频治疗 ,术中直视肿瘤射频治疗前后的图象及CT值 ,术后观察肿瘤大小 ,血供情况及AFP值的变化。结果显示 :完全缓解率 (CR) 95 35 % ;部分缓解率 (PR) 4 6 5 % ;有效率 10 0 %。多弹头射频治疗小肝癌疗效确切而满意 ,对临床有较高的应用价值。To explore the effectiveness and value of RFA in small hepatic carcinoma. 43 patients with small hepatic carcinoma were treated with RFA. The images and data of the tumor were observed during the operation. The changes of the size of the tumor, the blood supply and the AFP were observed after operation. The overall response rate was 100% including 95.35% complete response and 4.65% partial response. RFA is an effective and satisfying method of treatment for small hepatic carcinoma. There is a significant value for clinical use by this kind of treatment.
