摘  要:从味精废水的来源、水质分析出发,探讨了味精废水的控制对策。研究认为,味精废水NH4 N与SO42-浓度均较高,限制了生化处理技术的利用。在优先清洁生产的基础上,采用分质处理后对味精综合废水采用物化与生化联合处理工艺是一种技术上可行、经济上合理的治理方法。The method of mosodium glutamate (MSG) wastewater control was discussed. Results indicated that the application of biotreatment of MSG wastewater was limited by several factors such as the high concentration of NH^+_4-N and SO_4^(2-). The optimum way to treat compositive wastewater was the combination of physiochemical and biotreatment, which was based on clean production process and special pre-treatment separately for wastewaters from different processing stage according to their qualities.
