摘　　要：文章通过对所设计的MIPS系统控制器MSC-A芯片访存通道的剖析,介绍了MSC-A扩展的内存空间的分配及地址映射规则;分析了MSC-A的访存通道的组织及提高效率所采取的策略;提出了一种用DDR控制器代替MSC-A中的SDRAM控制器、进一步提高MSC-A访存速率的实现方案。Memory access performance is the key feature of a system controller.The paper analysizes the memory access channel of MCS-A chip,gives some introduction on the architecture of memory access channel,the mapping of address space and the performance optimizing schemes.It also submits a practical solution to further improve the performance of the memeory access of MSC-A chip by using the DDR Controller.
