摘  要:采用二因素五水平D 饱和优化设计,以棕壤和风沙土进行盆栽玉米试验,对磷、锌肥用量与玉米干物重以及植株磷锌比与玉米干物重之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:施用磷锌肥料对于增加玉米干物重均有促进作用,但磷锌的交互作用为负;不同土壤上玉米干物重与植株P/Zn比之间相关关系不同,因此植株P/Zn比不一定能作为衡量作物磷锌营养状态的统一诊断指标。A D-optimum design with two factors and five levels was applied to study the effects of the fixed quantity application of P and Zn on maize dry matter. The fertilizer response function based on the data of pot experiments was obtained. The results showed that phosphorus and zinc all remarkably impact the maize dry matter. Correlation analysis between dry matter and P/Zn ratio in the crop plant showed there were different correlation relationship. The P/Zn ratio of plant organs maybe couldn't be used as a diagnostic indicator to reveal the P and Zn nutritional status of crop plant.
