摘 要:组织创新是组织外部环境与内部要素共同作用的结果。现代信息技术的快速发展与全球性竞争,使组织环境更为复杂多变,组织创新研究也因此成为理论研究的热点。西方企业理论关于组织创新的分析存在明显的缺陷。组织创新的实质是组织适应环境、谋求创新租金的协调进化,其关键是组织治理结构。加快我国企业的组织创新是推动企业改革、获取组织构造优势的必然选择。Organizational innovation is a result of the combined effects of exterior environment and internal factors of the organization. The fast development of modern information technology and the global competition make the exterior environment more complicated and changeable, thus making organizational innovation the focus of theoretical research. Western enterprise theories have some obvious flaws in doing the analysis of organizational innovation. The nature of organizational innovation should be the adaptation of the organization to the exterior environment and the harmonious evolution of the innovation capital, and the key point in this process is the corporate governance of the organization. It is an inevitable choice for China's enterprises to carry out organizational innovation, so as to promote the enterprise reform and obtain the best corporate governance of the organization.
