摘 要:目的 探讨 PTEN基因表达和微量元素变化与食管癌变的关系。方法 对 12 8例正常食管、单纯增生、非典型增生活检、食管癌切除标本 ,采用 X-射线能谱仪检测微量元素含量 ,S-P免疫组化染色法检测 PTEN表达变化。结果 随食管上皮增生程度加重 ,PTEN阳性表达与微量元素 Zn、Se、Mo、Ca、Mg含量渐减 ,Cu、Cu/ Zn含量递增 ,食管癌与正常食管上皮、单纯增生及非典型增生组间差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 食管上皮癌变过程中 PTEN基因表达有明显缺失现象 ,可能与 Zn、Mo、Ca、Se、Mg、Cu、Cu/ObjectiveTo discuss the relationship between express io ns of suppressor gene Phosphate and tensin homology deleted on chromosometen(PT EN) and trace element content during the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.MethodsThe quantitative de termination of trace element of resection and biopsy samples in 128 cases of eso phageal carcinogenesis,normal,hyperplasia or dysplasia were performed by using X -ray energy spectrometry and the detection of PTEN gene expression by using imm munohistochemical staining.ResultsThe positive expression rate of PTEN and the content of Zn, Se, Mo, Ca, Mg were gradually reduced with advan cement of esophageal lesions,but the content of Cu, Cu/Zn was gradually increase d.Among normal esophageal epithelium, hyperplasia, dysplasia and esophageal carc inoma, the difference significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe e xpression deletion of gene PTEN is obvious, and which is perhaps related to th e content variation of Zn, Se, Mo, Ca, Mg, Cu, Cu/Zn probably.
