扫描辐射计干扰来源及抗干扰措施

摘　　要：针对扫描式红外测温仪在温差靶标校准中的特殊应用,分析了斩波器干扰、背景辐射干扰、电磁干扰等因素对温度分辨率的影响,并从斩波器设计、抗电磁干扰、屏蔽背景辐射和数据处理等方面探讨了减小干扰的措施。最后,给出了扫描式红外测温仪(扫描辐射计)的测温稳定性数据。实测数据表明,本文的措施在设备研制中取得了良好效果。The main jamming sources of scanning infrared thermographer, such as modulating disk,radiation of background and electromagnetism jamming are analyzed. The practical solving methods to reduce noise and jamming are given from such aspects as the design of modulating disk, the method to resist electromagnetism jamming, the ways to shield background radiation and data processing etc. At last,the stable data of scanning infrared thermographer are also given. The test data indicate that with these methods a good result of the thermographer construction is achieved.
