天麻制剂对家兔血压的影响

摘　　要：用水提法和醇提法制备的天麻注射液和浸膏,经薄层-紫外分光光度法检测,注射液中天麻素含量可达0.45mg/mL,浸膏中天麻素含量可达1.49mg/g,平均回收率为97.5％。经耳缘静脉和十二指肠给予家兔不同量的天麻制剂,结果表明对家兔血压均有明显的降低作用。This text is devoted to prepare extract and injection of gastrodin by distilling from bulk solution (hydrotropic and ethanol solution), then detected it by thin-layer ultraviolet spectrophotometry and found the content of the injection arriving at 0. 045mg/mL and 1. 49mg/g in extract, with average yield of 97. 5%. In ear reason intravenous inject and duodenum inject ways, the medicament have obvious reducing function to rabbit's blood pressure.
