摘　　要：研究原位聚合法制备分散染料微胶囊的工艺过程和方法。采用尿素和甲醛为壁材,分散染料为囊心,采用SEM以及Zeta电位仪,观察了分析微胶囊的结构以及分散性,确定了生产微胶囊的最佳工艺条件。Microcapsules are prepared by the method of in-situ interfacial polymerization with urea formaldehyde as the outer membrane and disperse dye as core material.The structure and the dispersibility of microcapsule are observed and analysed by SEM and the Zeta potential analyzer.The factors which affected the properties of microcapsules are also dis-cussed.
