半金属汽车刹车材料中蛭石作用的研究

摘　　要：为了将蛭石作为填料加入到汽车刹车材料中,研究了蛭石对半金属型汽车刹车材料摩擦性能及物理力学性能的作用和影响。试验结果表明,蛭石可以在一定程度上稳定材料的摩擦与磨损,同时降低材料的密度和硬度,因而可以替换部分金属纤维。添加一定含量的蛭石对获取摩擦性能稳定、价格低廉的汽车刹车材料是有益的。Vermiculite has properties as low hardness,density and widely distribu tion which are beneficial for automo tive brake materials.Tests have done with the infulence of vermiculite on tribological,wear,physical and mechanical properties of semi -metallic brake materials.Results show that vermiculite is helpfu l to stabilize the friction and wear,as well as to reduce density,hardness,which mak es it possible of vermiculite to be a s ubstitute of metal fiber in some exte nt.Material with vermiculite is significant to socie ty and good for a cheap and stead friction products.
