硒对诱癌大鼠T淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶活性的影响

摘　　要：作者就硒对诱癌大鼠T淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶活性的影响进行了观察。结果表明:高硒组、正常硒组及低硒组间,诱癌大鼠T淋巴酯酶反应阳性细胞(ANAE^+)率及点状颗粒型细胞(D^+)比例均有显著性差异(P<0.05);分散颗粒型细胞(S^+)比例及D^+/S^+比值均无显著性差异。提示硒对T淋巴细胞的影响可能是通过促使T_H细胞的作用,而不是通过抑制T_S细胞而发挥作用的。硒对诱发性肿瘤的作用,可能与提高机体T淋巴细胞中T_H亚群的比例有关。The influence of dietary selenium levels on the acid-naphthyl acetate esterase activity of peripheral blood T lymphocytes of rats with esophageal tumors induced by methybenzylnitrosamine was studied. The results showed that: Persentages of ANAE cells and dot-like granular pattern (D) cells were different significantly among animals of high-, normal and low-level selenium groups. The effect of selenium on induced-tumor may be connected with increasing the persentage of T helper cell of lymphocytes.
