摘　　要：本文研究了在碱性条件下 ,由愈创木酚和乙醛酸合成 3-甲氧基 - 4-羟基扁桃酸的反应。通过实验 ,讨论了各种因素对反应收率及纯度的影响 ,确定了该反应的最佳条件 ,为该路线的工业化生产奠定了基础。This article deals with the synthesis of 3 methoxy 4 hydromandelic acid by condensation of guaiacol and glyoxalic acid in akaline condition.By experiment,factors which affects the yield and purity of the product are studied,and the best conditions of the reaction have been attained,As a result,the foundation for the industrial production has been laid.
