摘　　要：随着高等教育的加速发展 ,对高校教师的学历 (学位 )要求越来越高 ,如何尽快提高学历 (学位 )层次 。With the rapid development of the higher education, theris a greater demand for the teacher' education (degree) in institutes.How to improve the education (degree) of the teachers as soon as possible is urgent, especially for the newly-built institutes.
