人胎心脏窦房结的定位及结构

摘　　要：对胎龄在17～21周的8例人胎右心房作连续石蜡切片、间隔贴片法,进行了胎儿窦房结定位和观察。结果表明:窦房结位于腔静脉窦与固有心房交界处的心外膜下,偏向腔静脉窦壁。主体部分在界嵴上方、腔静脉窦与固有心房有完整隔壁的水平。窦房结结细胞着色较腔静脉窦肌细胞淡、较固有心房肌细胞深,胞质内空泡少,分布密度较高。窦房结可有完整的包膜,内有纤细的结缔组织网及窦房结中央动脉。提示要定位窦房结,取材应包括部分上腔静脉及完整的腔耳连接部,横向切片更易捕捉窦房结。All 8 right atrium were taken from human fetal heart at 17th to 21th conceptional weeks.They were sectioned serially and transferred to glass slides at regular intervals.The sino-atrial node is situated at the junction between the atrium proper and the sinus venarum of the fight atrium,inclined to the wall of the sinus venarum and covered only with the epicardium.Most of them locates the wall between the atrium proper and the sinus venarum,superior to the crista terminalis.Nodal cells in the sino-atrial node are lighter than muscular cells of the sinus venarum,deeper than that of the atrium proper.There are few vacuoles in the nodal eells.The nodal cells exist tightest in the sino-atrial node,the atrium proper and the sinus venarm.The nodal cells may be surrounded with connective capsule.There are thin connective tissue net and artery in the sino-atrial node.It is sug- gested as follows:Block of the sino-atrial node must include part of the superior vena cava and the whole of the junction between the right atrium and the superior vena cava.The sino-atrial node may be seen easily in a transerse plane.
