摘　　要：贵轮公司购进的TKC2024成型机电控系统存在很多不足,公司对其进行了改造。重点将原变频速度段由4段提升为7段,优化程序,缩短程序步数,增加了监控画面等。改造后,缩短了生产周期,提高了控制系统的稳定性,使成型机各项功能充分发挥。This paper relates to the improvement of imported TKC2024building machine control sys-tem to have the original variable speed modified from 4 changing into 7, optimizershorting sequence stepsand adding monitoring screen. After modification shorted production cycle, increased the stability of controlsystem and make full of actions of each part.
