天花粉对人胎胸腺超微结构的影响

摘  要:本文对胎龄为15周、水囊引产和天花粉引产的人胎儿胸腺各2例进行了透射电镜观察。结果发现:水囊引产儿胸腺结构清楚,细胞膜完整,细胞内细胞器完好。天花粉引产儿胸腺结构不清楚,细胞膜断裂,细胞内细胞器严重破坏,并对此进行了分析讨论。Thymus ultrastructure was observed in 4 human fetuses aged 15 weeks of gestation. Each 2 human fetuses were taken with induced abortion by trichosanthin or by water pocket. The results were as follows: fetal thymus structure of induced abortion by water pocket is clear, cellular membrane is intact, intracellular organelles are healthy. Fetal thymus structure of induced abortion by trichosanthin is unclear, cellular membrane is broken, intracellular organelles are destroyed seriously. Those results were discussed.
