摘  要:建立了用高效液相色谱法测定五加皮保健酒中丁香酚、藁本内酯、对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯含量的方法 ,并对五加皮保健酒样品进行了检测。采用石油醚 乙醚提取法进行样品前处理 ,在以CH3 OH 0 0 2mol/L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相作梯度洗脱、C1 8柱分离、流速为 1 0mL/min、检测波长为 2 80nm的条件下 ,丁香酚在 1 8 0~ 1 80 0 μg/mL ,藁本内酯在 2 5 0~ 2 5 0 0 μg/mL ,对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯在 1 5 0~ 1 5 0 0 μg/mL范围内峰面积和其浓度成良好的线性关系。 3者平均回收率均在95 %以上。各样品之间的 3种特征成分含量有较大差异。A high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of eugenol, ligustilide and ethyl p-methoxycinnamate in wujiapi healthcare wine is reported. Wine samples were pretreated with petroleum-ether extraction, then analyzed on a C 18 column, using a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and gradient elution with mixture of CH 3OH-0.02mol/L NH 4Ac as mobile phase. The fractions were detected at 280nm. There was a good linear relationship between the ratios of peak area to concentration within the range of 18.0~180.0μg/mL eugenol, 25.0~250.0μg/mL ligustilide and 15.0~150.0μg/mL ethyl p-methoxycinnamate . The recovery of standards was greater than or equal to 95%. The results indicated that these three components varied significantly between wine samples.
