摘　　要：传统的人口管理信息系统已无法满足信息时代经济快速发展的需要,为科学、高效地管理人口数据,开发了基于GIS的人口管理信息系统。介绍了该系统的主要内容,包括系统体系结构设计、功能设计、数据库设计以及系统的技术特点,并给出了系统实现中对一些关键技术问题的解决方案。The traditional population management information system can't satisfy the rapid development of economics. In order to efficiently manage the population data, a population management information system based on GIS is developed. The main contents of this system is given, such as the design of system construction and system function, the design of database, and the system characteristics. In addition, the resolution to some critical problems in the system realization is given.
