都可喜治疗19例老年期智力减退患者的近期疗效

摘　　要：报道都可喜治疗19例老年期智力减退患者的近期疗效,男18例,女1例,年龄69±6a,病程31±28mo,服都可喜1片,bid共30d。对治疗前后动脉氧分压、智能及生活料理测定进行对比,3项测定好转者4例(21％),2项测定好转者8例(42％),1项测定好转者6例(32％)。This article summarizes the short-term effects of Duxil in 19 elderly patients (M 18, F 1, age 69+6 a) with mental insufficiency. The dose of Duxil was one tablet (almitrine 30 mg, raubasine 10 mg) bid for 30 d. The partial pressure of oxygen of arterial blood, intelligence, and viability were tested before and after treatment. The results showed that 4 patients (21%) were better in all three items; 8 patients (42%) in two items and 6 patients (32%) in one item.
