三承气汤对里实证模型小鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨三承气汤对里实证模型动物肠道菌群的影响。方法 :采用自身粪便法制造里实证便秘模型 ,采用平板细菌培养 ,菌落计数的菌群分析法 ,分析里实证模型组及三承气汤各组动物肠道菌群。结果 :模型组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌含量下降 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,大肠杆菌、肠球菌含量增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :三承气汤对里实热证动物肠道菌群均有影响 ,抑菌谱有所不同 。Objective:To observe the effects of three chenqi decoctions on intestinal bacterial colony of interior-excess model mice.Methods:The interior-excess constipation mice model were caused by feed mice dung.Intestinal bacterial colony were analyzed by germiculture.Results:In constipation model group,the counts of bifidobacteria,lactobacteria and bacteroid decreased significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The counts of colibacillus and enterococcus were increased(P<0.01).Conclusions:All of the three chenqi decoctions can influence intestinal bacterial colony of interior-excess model mice,but the spectrum of antibacterial is different.Tiaowei chenqi decoction is much better for regulate the imbalance of microecological of intestinal flora.
