氯琥珀胆碱在精神科电无抽搐治疗中的用量探讨

摘　　要：本文报告氯琥珀胆碱应用于精神科电无抽搐治疗102例(男34,女68;年龄45±13a),剂量0.66±0.12mg/kg,iv,共进行738次治疗。发现患者不同的体质状况与药物剂量之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。剂量越大则抑制呼吸的时间越长。文章认为正确掌握肌肉松驰剂的剂量是保证治疗安全的有效措施。suxamethonium chloride was used in 738 electroconvulsiveless therapy in psychiatric clinic with 102 patients (M 34, F 68, age 45+13 a). The mean therapeutic dose was 0.66+0.12 mg/kg, iv for 7.2+2.7 times. Significant, difference were found between the conatutional state of the patients and the amounts of the drug used (P<0.05). The larger the doses, the longer was the duration of respiratory inhibition. Appropriate use of snxamethonium chloride as a muscle relaxant is an effective strat-egy in securing safety of therapy.
