摘  要:目的 :观察牛磺酸对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的作用。方法 :用四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,实验分4组 :正常对照组 ,模型对照组 ,牛磺酸高、低剂量组 ,观察大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、白蛋白 (Alb)、总胆红素 (TBil)、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、层粘蛋白 (LN)及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量 ,并观察肝组织病理变化。结果 :牛磺酸治疗组血清ALT、TBil、HA、PCⅢ、LN及肝组织MDA水平显著降低 ,血清Alb及肝组织中SOD活性明显升高 ,肝纤维化程度减轻。结论 :牛磺酸具有抗肝纤维化作用 。Objective: To observe the effect of taurine on the development of experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods: The rats were induced liver fibrosis by carbon tetrachloride. The experimental objects were divided into four groups: normal control group, model control group, vast dose taurine group and lower dose taurine group. The changes of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), albumin(Alb), Total Bilirubin(TBil), hyaluronic acid(HA), procollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and laminin(LN) in the rats were observed. The activity of SOD and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the rats liver were tested and the pathologic changes of the liver tissue were observed.Results: In the taurine treatment group, the level of ALT, TBil, HA, PCⅢ, LN and MDA dropped remarkably. The level of Alb rose and the activity of SOD enhanced evidently. And the degree of hepatic fibrosis was eased. Conclusion: Taurine has reliable action in preventing hepatic fibrosis, which might be due to its anti oxygenation effect on lipid.
