摘　　要：本文依据弹性力学厚板原理建立扩散硅压力传感器的应力计算模型,根据电桥原理得到应力与其输出电压之间的关系。计算结果与标定值比较,吻合良好。The stress calculation model of the diffusion silicon pressure sensor is established by the thick-plate method of the elastic-mechanics. The output voltage is related to the resistance change in the electrical bridge. The results of calculation and the calibrated values are almost the same.
