摘　　要：目的 :探索对老年抑郁症较理想的治疗药物。方法 :采用帕罗西汀与阿米替林对38例老年抑郁症分成两组 ,每组19例 ,进行为期6周的双盲对照治疗。结果 :帕罗西汀和阿米替林对老年抑郁症疗效相似 ,但起效帕罗西汀较快 ,不良作用少而轻微。结论Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the ideal drug for treating the aged depression.Methods:38 patients with aged depression were assig ned double-blindly with paroxetine(n=19) and amitriptyline(n=19) for 6 weeks.Re sults:The findings indicated that the efficacy of paroxetine was similar to that of amitriptyline,however the effect of paroxetine was more quikly and its side effects were more slightly compared with that of amitriptyline.Conclusion:It sug gests that paroxetine might be recommended as an appropriated drug in the treatm ent of aged depression.
