摘　　要：本文简述了如何以胶体金免疫层析技术,构造鸡传染性法氏囊病快速诊断试纸。该试纸主要由测试端、显色区和手柄端3部分构成,能在很短的时间内完成对鸡传染性法氏囊病的诊断,且无需任何仪器设备,具有简便、快速、敏感、特异的特点。How to develop test paper for rapidly diagnosing IBD by making use of gold immunochromatography assay was introduced in the article.The test paper consisted of a sample pad,a conjugate reagent pad and a test pad.The test of IBD could be finished shortly without any special instruments.The diagnostic method had many advantages such as convenience,specificity and sensitivity.
