摘　　要：技术复杂性通常从技术的复杂性程度、技术系统本身复杂性和社会技术系统三个方面进行界定和把握 ,并呈现出动态反馈性、自组织性、社会网络性等基本特征及其形式。由此 ,技术复杂性向技术创新提出了非线性、协同竞争、动态进化和社会合作等难题 。The challenge of complexity on technological innovations comes from the emergence of complexity.First,we can define technological complexity from the following three aspects:the extent of technological complexity,the complexity of technological system itself and socio-technical systems.We can abstract a certain number basic features and forms which can illustrate technological complexity.The background of technological complexity poses some problems of nonlinear、co-competence、dynamic evolving and social cooperation,etc for technological innovations.The resolution of the problems on technological innovations requires the transform of innovative organization.
