摘 要:采用小麦幼苗法对4种污泥中重金属的生物有效性进行了研究。对不同污泥中重金属的生物有效性进行测定的结果表明,污泥中不同重金属的生物有效性不同,Cd、Zn的生物有效性较高,其次为Cu、Ni,Pb则为最低。从重金属向地上部转移情况来看,Cd、Zn、Cu较易向地上部转移,而Pb、Ni则不易,从转移的量来看,重金属转移到地上部的比例远远高于土壤中。利用通径分析对CEC,pH、OM的3个主要污泥性质对5种重金属生物有效性的影响进行了分析,结果表明,CEC、pH为主要影响因素,OM影响较小,但对于不同的金属三者作用的大小及方向不同。A study on bioavailability of a few h eavy metals and their affecting factors in sewage sludge were conducted i n the present study.To do this,several selected h eavy metals were applied on wheat see dling to determine the bioavailabil ity in 4kinds of sewage sludge.The results showed that the b ioavailability varied with the sewa ge sludge used,bioavailabilities f or Cd and Zn were higher than others and Pb bioavailability was lowest;and Cd,Zn and Cu were easie r to transfer to stemthan were Pb,Ni;and the proportion transferred to stemwas far higher th an that in soils.The path analysis wa s used to evaluate the influence of se wage sludge properties,in terms of pH CEC OM,on the bioavaila bility.It has been indicated that pH,CEC were mainly influencing factors for the sewage sludge,but OMwas feeblish,and the t rends as well as the degree of impact w ere different for each heavy metals.
