摘  要:系统的分析及研究表明,船舶中垂及中拱弯曲变形对船用齿轮轴中心距有一定的影响,尤其在大风浪上航行时,这种影响可能会达到不容忽视的地步.文章提出一项船用齿轮轴最不利工况下的优化设计方法.由于该方法较客观地计及了船舶中垂及中拱弯曲变形对船用齿轮轴中心距的影响,因此,按该优化方法,可使船用齿轮轴的设计变得更安全、更切合实际.It has been proved by systematic analysis and research that the sagging and hogging bending deformations of the navigating ship will exert a certain effect on the center distance of the gear shafts of the ship, which should not be negligible especially for the ship navigating in waves. The authors of this article have proposed a method for designing optimally the gear shafts of the ship under the most unfavorable conditions. Because the method includes much objectively the effect of the sagging and hogging bending deformations of the navigating ship on the gear shafts of the ship under unfavorable conditions, the design made according to the method will make the gear shafts of the ship become safer and more suitable to actual conditions.
