摘　　要：目的　探讨青年和绝经后女性乳癌c erbB 2、p53、ER、PR的表达及意义。方法　采用SP法检测青年组 (13 1例 )与绝经组 (13 6例 )乳癌组织中各指标的表达及其与临床分期、腋淋巴结 (ALN )转移、3年无病生存率 (DFS)之间的关系。结果　c erbB 2阳性与临床分期、ALN转移相关 (P <0 .0 5) ,c erbB 2阳性者 3年DFS低于阴性者 (P <0 .0 5)。青年组c erbB 2、p53阳性率高、ER阳性率低 (P <0 .0 1) ,3年DFS低于绝经组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　c erbB 2表达是乳腺癌预后重要指标 ,青年乳腺癌c erbB 2、p53阳性率高 ,ER阳性率低 ,3年DFS低 。Objective To study the expression of c erbB 2?p53?ER and PR between young and postmenopausal women with breast cancer. Methods The expression of c erbB 2?p53?ER and PR in 131 young women and 136 Postmenopausal women with breast cancer were studied by S? P immunohistochemistry,with its relation with clinical TNM stage?axillary lymph node(ALN) metastasis and 3 year disease-free survival(DFS). Results The expression of c erbB 2 correlated with clinical TNM stages and ALN metastasis( P < 0.05 ).The 3 year DFS of c erbB 2 positively was lower than c erbB 2 negatively( P < 0.05 ).The positive rate of CerbB 2 and p53 were higher and The positive rate of ER was lower in the young group( P < 0.01 ). 3 year DFS of the young group was lower than postmenopausal group( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion c erbB 2 is an important parameter on prognosis of breast cancer.The positive rates of c erbB 2 and p53 were high. The positive rate of ER and the 3 year DFS were also low in the young women, and poor prognosis in the young women?
